Heltec V4 FAQs

Is the device waterproof?

No, it does not feature waterproofing.

Why is my buzzer making strange sounds?

When the device is identifying GPS, the timing of the buzzer is disrupted, causing it to sound somewhat unusual. This commonly occurs when the device is first started up and will return to normal after about one minute.

Meshtastic firmware for touch screen

Starting from version 2.7.15 or newer, the firmware for the touchscreen version has been merged. You can download it from the Meshtastic GitHub Releases section.

(“tft” stands for touch screen)

REFUNDS
