Shipping Policy

  1. Before the order ships, you can cancel it, change the address information, and modify the shipping method. (We cannot change shipping addresses, shipping methods, or cancel your order after it has been shipped.)
  2. No return service is available once your package arrives at your local destination. If your address is incorrect or you do not pick up the package on time, it will most likely be destroyed locally. (Once your package is shipped, we will update the tracking information for you.   3. For any abnormal orders, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 3 working days. If there is no reply within two days, the order will be canceled by default (e.g., due to items being sold out, pricing issues, shipping method restrictions, additional shipping fees, or battery-related restrictions).
  4. Customers are responsible for paying customs taxes.
