Q: Can wireless charging and wired charging be used simultaneously?

A: Yes, when both wired charging and wireless charging are enabled simultaneously, the wired charging will be 10W and the wireless charging will be 5W.

 

Q: My wireless charging is very slow.

A: Please ensure that your phone’s wireless charging protocol is Qi or Qi2.

Q:How to turn OFF Meshtastic function?

A: Press and hold the USER button on the side of the device to disable the Meshtastic feature.

Q: Is the device waterproof?

A: It currently does not have waterproof features.

Q: Does it support charging and discharging simultaneously?

A: Yes. You can charge the MeshPocket via the USB-C port while simultaneously using its wireless charging to charge your phone.
(Current power allocation: Wired charging input 10W, wireless charging output 5W. Total output may be limited by input power capability.)

Precautions

• When the wireless charging output is abnormal or a foreign object (FOD) is detected, the wireless charging indicator light flashes yellow and recovers within 5S after it is released.
  You can manipulate the Meshtastic interface with the buttons on the right side.
• To ensure battery life, please charge it at least once every three months.
  Do not expose this product to high-temperature environments or around heating equipment, such as cars, sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens and other high-temperature environments, as it may cause an explosion.
• It is strictly prohibited to use unapproved or incompatible power adapters, charging cables, etc., which may cause fire, explosion or other dangers. Please use original or certified data cables.
• Do not leave this product in an unventilated space for a long time, such as a handbag, etc. Confined spaces can easily cause fire and other dangers.
• This product contains lithium-ion batteries. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the product casing without permission to avoid damage to the battery core or fire hazard.
• Do not drop, squeeze, puncture, short-circuit this product, or put it into water or fire to avoid fire hazards. Please dispose of this product in accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose of this product as domestic waste. Improper disposal may cause explode.
  Please do not use this product during thunderstorms to avoid product failure or click hazards.
• Do not come into contact with liquids and avoid dropping the product. If the product has battery swelling, leakage, deformation, etc., please stop using it.
  Please keep this product out of reach of children.

REFUNDS

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing.

Important Shipping Update for US Customers

Due to the rising cost of tariffs, we regret to inform our US customers that additional shipping fees will be applied as follows:

• Orders under $100: $10 additional shipping fee
• Orders between $100 and $200: $20 additional shipping fee
• Orders over $200: $30 additional shipping fee

Shipping Rules:

1. Before the order ships, you can cancel it, change the address information, and modify the shipping method. (We cannot change shipping addresses, shipping methods, or cancel your order after it has been shipped.)
2. No return service is available once your package arrives at your local destination. If your address is incorrect or you do not pick up the package on time, it will most likely be destroyed locally. (Once your package is shipped, we will update the tracking information for you. Please pay attention to it, and contact us at support@meshnology.com or message us online if you have any issues.)
3. For any abnormal orders, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp within 3 working days. If there is no reply within two days, the order will be canceled by default (e.g., due to items being sold out, pricing issues, shipping method restrictions, additional shipping fees, or battery-related restrictions).
4. Customers are responsible for paying customs taxes.

We currently offer three shipping methods:

1. Free Standard Shipping - Your orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping by default (except for remote areas).
2. Expedited Shipping - If you prefer faster delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., you will need to pay an extra shipping fee.
3. Ocean Shipping (USA Only) - Available for shipments to the USA.

Battery Shipping Restrictions

• We CANNOT ship batteries to the following countries:
