  • Other Countries: Shipping methods vary depending on local availability, with most shipments arriving within 7-14 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on the remoteness of the shipping address.

What is expedited shipping service?

Expedited shipping is a premium service we offer for faster package delivery. We work with DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable carriers to ship your order. For most countries, expedited shipping delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.

 

Return & Refund

How can I return or exchange an item?

A:

Please contact our support team and provide pictures or videos of the product. We will then provide you with the return warehouse address. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

A:

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days. However, your bank may take 1-3 business days to complete the transaction, meaning the refund may not appear in your account immediately and could take a few business days to reflect.
